Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, paralegal or legal assistant program or diploma/certificate. 10+ Years’ experience in insurance claims management position or related experience in a corporate insurance or legal department, law firm, or insurance company with experience in liability and worker’s compensation claims, ranging from minor property damage claims to serious injuries. Supervisory experience required. Able to process heavy volume of complex written material; analyze situations, establish priorities. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Handle multiple tasks, develop action plans and coordinate activities in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills necessary to manage claims. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
