Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties include: Cite checking and Bluebooking of briefs, letter motions, affirmations, etc. Managing cases from start to finish. Organizing case materials including discovery-related documents. Creating and maintaining case files. Preparing privilege logs, production logs, chronologies, deposition digests, etc. Drafting, proofreading and editing written discovery requests/responses, notices, affidavits/declarations/correspondence. Other tasks as dictated by attorneys and senior paralegals. Should have 5+ years of experience working in a Litigation law practice, preferably at a large or mid-size law firm, working on a wide variety of general litigation matters. Must have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Should have good working knowledge of the electronic discovery process including the use of various review platforms. Proficient in Excel and Lexis required. Trial/arbitration experience a plus.
