New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience (judicial clerkship counts as 2 years), with a demonstrated interest in the firm?s practice areas and a desire to grow within a dynamic, established boutique practice. The candidate should have experience in labor law, employment law, disability rights law, and/or complex civil litigation. Prior judicial clerkship experience preferred. Should have strong analytical, writing, research, investigation, and advocacy skills, and a demonstrated commitment to representing plaintiffs, unions, and disability rights organizations. Significant ERISA and appellate experience are also encouraged to apply.
