Director - Legal Counsel (Government Contracts)
The candidate will support the company's Public Sector and FirstNet segment with a focus on sales to the Department of Defense and related national security associated agencies. Should have 5+ years of government, firm, or in-house experience, along with a demonstrated history in federal procurement, e.g., acquisition, protests, contract formation, vendor or supplier relationships, Federal Acquisition Regulation advice, cost accounting standards counsel, and ethics or civil/criminal False Claims Act, internal, or whistleblower investigations or litigation. Telecommunications law experience, including that related to cybersecurity or law enforcement, or other national security telecommunications experience, a plus. Must have or be capable of obtaining Top Secret/SI Security Clearance.

Note: Will be required approx. 3 days/week in the office and/or meeting in person with government agency counsel, with the remaining days working remotely.
