Product Liability Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist with the overall management of complex client and Product Liability litigation-related workflow and consult with attorneys and other team members. Investigate and research factual issues related to claims. Review and evaluate medical records. Organize, track and monitor data on an on-going basis. Collect, organize, review and manage client documentation and evidence. Gather documentation/background information as requested by attorneys. Summarize information and provide status reports to attorneys. Coordinate document productions. Provide on-going assistance for litigation support case teams. Provide general litigation support to case teams. Participate in depositions and trials. Gather documentation/background information as requested by attorneys.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Excellent academic credentials, a Bachelor’s degree. A Paralegal Certificate is a plus. 3-5 years’ experience with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Demonstrated familiarity and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general computer skills are required along with the willingness and desire to learn and use new computer programs. Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
