New Matter Specialist The candidate will entail setting up all new matters in Prolaw litigation software including input of all contacts, courts, plaintiffs, attorneys; conducting conflict check, setting up all initial calendaring deadlines; preparing all initial discovery, and updating matters on an “as needed” basis. Must be detailed oriented, technologically savvy, and able to multitask. Should have worked in insurance defense law firm before as a records/filing clerk, or other similar job. Proficiency with the following software is a must: Microsoft Word and Excel; Adobe Acrobat; Prolaw calendaring and Prolaw document management program or similar programs.
