Litigation Paralegal Duties: Litigation support and eDiscovery. Experience in ICCES and Federal e-filing. Familiarity with common legal office application, Tabs3, Worldox, Trial Director and Ipro experience preferred. Guiding litigation support planning and strategy in areas including identification, preservation, collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information. Foreclosure and general real estate support.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Proficiency with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Excellent organizational skills including file management. Phone and email communication with clients. Assistance with trial preparation. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Trusted to handle confidential and/or sensitive information. Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
