The candidate will be taking and defending depositions. Will be drafting pleadings and written discovery. Supervising all aspects of e-discovery, taking complex cases from inception to completion. Performing high level legal research and writing. Being comfortable executing on a pre-determined strategy. Attending court remotely or in person.
