ProfileContract Administrator The candidate will be responsible for processing various software licensing and related contracts, including preparation of forms, readying contracts for execution and returning contracts to customers and suppliers, entering and maintaining data in the internal customer management system and assisting department staff with various contract related projects. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have 3+ years of experience as a contract administrator, preferably in a software company, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salesforce.com experience is a plus. College degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
