The firm is seeking a team player with 4 to 7 years of experience to handle a variety of real estate matters, from leasing to large-scale due diligence projects.
Duties
- Manage and facilitate various commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and property review due diligence.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including loan agreements, leases, and amendments.
- Conduct thorough title and survey reviews, identifying potential risks and resolving issues related to real estate properties.
- Handle title examination and the closing process with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide regulatory and compliance-related support for real estate projects, ensuring all aspects meet legal and industry standards.
- Advise clients on general legal needs and offer strategic counsel related to real estate portfolios.
- Perform due diligence on transactions, identifying risks and advising on possible actions.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents, including leases and loan agreements.
- Expertise in title examination, survey analysis, and the closing process.
- Ability to manage large-scale real estate portfolios and complex transactions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the real estate industry.
