Administrative Manager The candidate will be responsible for all activities surrounding contract support and entity administration including, but not limited to: Prepare, negotiate, send and track contract documents, including Master Subcontractor Agreements, Statements of Work, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Referral Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Employment Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Software License Agreements and Company Policies Conduct Risk Reviews on Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information and Request for Offers. Responsible for entity jurisdictional compliance including filings with various jurisdictional entities nationwide. Responsible for sales and use tax compliance and analysis. Responsible for contract analysis and review on State and Local Government Contracts, Commercial Contracts and Federal Government Schedule Contracts. Assist with entity governance. Responsible for special projects as required. Provide operational leadership to the Legal Department. maintain Client and Partner files. Supervise and oversee the Subcontracting process. Must have a BS or BA degree in Business Administration or other relevant field. Should have 3 years working in Contracts or as a paralegal. Must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish relationships internally and with external resources. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook.
