Job Title: Business Immigration Supervisor (Paralegal Supervisor IV & NIV) Salary: Commensurate with experience Location: San Francisco, CA (Offsite) Time Type: Full Time Posted On: 2 Days Ago Job Requisition ID: REQ-021061 Responsibilities: - Act as a supervisor to junior business immigration caseworkers - Train new employees and provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management - Prioritize and monitor workload to ensure accurate and timely completion of cases - Serve as a liaison between the immigration consulting team and the Client Services Manager and/or Associates - Maintain strong client relationships and assist with client meetings and business reviews - Proactively address client escalations and provide accurate and relevant reporting - Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications - Draft petitions, applications, and support letters - Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding case processing - Review and approve client billing and conduct audits as needed - Oversee case status through case management and billing systems - Collaborate and share knowledge with local and regional teams to ensure best practices - Ensure compliance with firm standards and policies Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Paralegal certification preferred - 7+ years of business immigration experience, including supervisory or managerial experience - Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas - Client service mindset and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively and promote teamwork Benefits: - 22 PTO days + Federal holidays - Medical, Dental, and Vision plans + FSA & HSA Plans - 401K plan with company matching About Fragomen: Fragomen is a leading global immigration law firm that specializes exclusively in immigration services.
