Real Estate Paralegal The candidate must have either a Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program and 3-5 years of prior commercial real estate experience. Some responsibilities include draft and review loan/acquisition documentation; obtain and analysis of due diligence materials, including title/survey/lease reviews; assist with title examination and preparation of title insurance commitments and policies; coordinate and close transactions; and form and file entity documentation. Candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills. All applicants should have an aptitude for detail; the ability to work efficiently, and to work under pressure with or without direct supervision. Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and be familiar with computerized databases and on-line services.

I would of liked to see them slow down when it came to hiring new employees and focus more on working with what they already have.

Pros : Everyone is very straightforward and has a no nonsense attitude towards taking care of work and working together which I appreciated.
Cons : They hired more than they could take on too quickly which led to some internal problems within the firm. This led to the work environment feeling very constricting and constrained.
