Case Assistant
Responsibilities: File management including opening and closing files. Document management including requesting, obtaining, organizing and filing documents. Calendar management including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars and managing deadlines. Draft routine correspondence and communicate with clients . Communicate case status and progress to the team. Input case information into file database and case management software. Data entry and research projects as requested. Prepare production documents and testimony binders as requested.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, advanced skills or education is a plus. 7-10 years of prior litigation legal experience is required; preferably in personal injury law. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to work well independently and manage deadlines. Highly organized. Highly motivated.
