Part-Time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys in managing the litigation discovery process, document collection and preservation, document review, document production tasks, and maintaining case filing and discovery databases. Critical skills include e-filing at all levels, case management, research and the ability to handle a varied docket. Experience with an insurance defense docket is a plus. Candidates must possess the skills to coordinate with litigation team providing assistance such as scheduling, drafting discovery, assisting with pleadings, motions and briefs, drafting litigation status reports, drafting correspondence, preparing documents for trial and filing documents electronically. Must have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal with extensive experience in litigation matters in both Federal and State court. Must have excellent organizational, word processing, and people skills and be able to handle multiple priorities. Excellent proofing, editing and writing skills are a must. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
