Part-time EEO Special Counsel The candidate will focus on handling administrative charges before federal, state and local agencies, including investigation, assessment and development of risk strategies, client interaction and preparation of persuasive position statements. Should have a J.D. degree and be qualified and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, should meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 8+ years of experience preparing position statements, either in-house or at a large law firm. Significant management-side labor and employment experience is required. Should have extensive experience in preparing position statements in connection with large law firm or in-house practice. Superior analytical and writing skills are required. Note: The candidate will have a flexible part-time schedule with the ability to work from home.
