Duties
- Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in bodily injury, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation.
- Conduct lay and expert depositions.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
- Prepare cases for trial, mediation, and arbitration.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong background in personal injury, bodily injury, and wrongful death cases.
- Experience handling construction defect cases is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the State Bar or eligibility for admission.
