Environment, Energy and Resources Associate
The candidate will join the firm’s Environment, Energy, and Resources practice. Should have 2-5 years of experience with environmental regulatory and/or litigation matters. Experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Renewable Fuel Standard, Indian Law and/or experience challenging and defending federal approvals under the Administrative Procedure Act is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, advocacy and client service skills. A prior federal judicial clerkship is also a plus.

I would like to see our current management team revised with possibly some new replacements to be available to take care of issues that arise in the office.

Pros : The work environment is excellent as everyone is very helpful and experienced. The benefits are awesome as well and everyone really cares about their clients.
Cons : I have found the firm to be somewhat slow in terms of how quickly they resolve issues that are occurring around the office. I have found this to be mostly related to our current management team though.
