Corporate Paralegal The candidate will manage and retention of corporate documents, including minute books, intellectual property and commercial contracts for the HEICO entities. Will assist with due diligence and closing matters for mergers and acquisitions. Prepare and file statutory fillings. Coordinate with registered agents and corporate secretarial services. Coordinate signatures, notarizations and legalization of various legal documents. Fulfil administrative duties within Corporate Legal Department. Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. Should have 3+ years of corporate legal assistant or paralegal experience. Experience in law firm setting or other fast-paced legal department setting is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed. Strong organizational skills with a focus on document management is needed. Exercise discretion/confidentiality and demonstrate sound business judgment when performing assigned duties is needed. Strong working knowledge and capability in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
