ProfileTemporary Corporate Governance Paralegal The candidate will serve in the preparation, creation and maintenance of Meeting Minutes of Stockholders, Board of Director and Board of Trustee meetings. Will work directly with attorneys in the preparation of documentation/materials necessary for the formation of corporations; amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolution's of corporations. Assist Lawyers is all stages of corporate transactions. Prepare and maintain regulatory filings, stock certificates, and entity database. Comply with Federal, State and Local regulations. Assist in the Preparation of Quarterly Dividend Declaration. Liaise with the Bank's Treasury department in regards to banking matters. Prepare all corporate governance material.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree. Must have 2-5 years of Law Firm or In-House Paralegal experience. Experience working with Board Directors essential. Experience working with regulatory filings needed. Extensive Corporate Governance experience essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. Knowledge of Corporate Governance Matters for a Financial Services Institution essential.
