Case Coordinator The candidate will regularly meet and communicate with CMs and local manager to discuss case issues (pertinent information and potential problems); all basic administrative support for CMs and panelists; this support includes, re-scheduling and coordinating hearings and/or conference calls, A/R calls, and pre-hearing preparation calls to ensure all client needs are met. Will serve as CM apprentice; competent to cover a CM’s desk in their absence; develop overall CM skills, enhance the client experience and support the client, panelists and CMs before, during and after a case is heard. Sit at a desk working on the computer and talking with clients, panelists, etc., over the phone and/or face to face for extended periods of time. Effectively and articulately communicate with our clients in regards to services, policies, procedures, etc. Handle problems for clients and/or panelists, etc., who are sometimes angry or impatient. Must be able to articulate, understand, support and perform in accordance with all fitm policies and procedures; basic proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures (arbitration, mediation, court reference, etc.); knowledge of panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). Should be computer literate and proficient in all software programs required. Should have good verbal and written communication skills. Should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferred or a paralegal certificate which requires 2+ years of education. 3-5 years work experience in administration; legal experience and client service experience is a plus.
