Part-Time Adjunct Pool for Professor of Legal Assisting (Paralegal Studies) Send cover letter, resume and two letters of recommendation. The candidate will teach PLGL courses according to the College’s course outlines of record and pursuant to the guidelines of the American Bar Association Standing Committee for the approval of paralegal programs. Will participate in the timely assessment of student learning outcomes; and assist the Paralegal Program Coordinator, as needed, with information and record-keeping requests related to ABA requirements. The minimum of one of the following awarded/conferred from a regionally accredited institution. Should have any bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree and 2 years of professional experience directly related to the faculty member’s teaching assignment; OR Any associate degree or equivalent foreign degree and 6 years of professional experience directly related to the faculty member’s teaching assignment; OR California Community College credential authorizing service as an instructor in the appropriate discipline. Should have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English. Deadline: 15 June, 2018.
