Legal Operations Associate - Products and Agreements The candidate will be responsible for tracking objectives, coordinating financial planning and solving technology challenges, you are entrepreneurial, proactive and highly organized. Will be keeping costs down, engage third-party vendors and make the Legal team's services better, faster and more efficient. Preparing existing agreement templates for use within systems, maintain and disseminate supporting documentation and FAQs, and preparing and conduct trainings for the Legal Team. Managing projects to keep team’s information updated and to provide the team with a variety of relevant metrics. Assisting with other operational projects on behalf of the Products and Agreements Legal Team. Serving as a system expert and point of contact for the Product and Agreement Legal Team. Collaborating with Systems Leads, Legal Team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare contract templates for inclusion in systems. Tailoring the level of assistance based on the needs of Legal Team members. Managing the information gathering, analysis, and presentation of data to show how the team spends their time. Collaborating across the team to keep various data and sites updated to ensure relevant information is being presented. Assisting with special projects and analysis as required. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Should have 4 years of relevant work experience. Must have 2 years of experience in a role working with contracts, legal contracting processes, and/or business process systems. Should have experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis. Demonstrated approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and developing solutions for clients is required. Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
