Family Law Paralegal Candidate will assist 4 attorneys on day to day paralegal functions. Will include: Heavy contact with counsel, judicial officers and clients; Coordination of multiple attorney calendars; Calendar court related and discovery deadlines; Track and enter your billable time (there is a monthly billable requirement); Draft discovery, subpoenas, financial disclosures and pleadings; Coordinate and meet multiple filing deadlines and work under pressure; and Work closely with clients regarding document productions and trial preparation.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated and recent family law experience. Must possess superior interpersonal skills, excellent writing and proofreading skills, knowledge of Local and State Rules of Court and their filing procedures, familiarity with e-filing, proficiency in Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook and Excel). Must be able to work independently in a growing and fast paced environment. Organization skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize multiple projects are essential. Experience with discovery and Trial procedures is crucial.
