The position requires a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in estate planning, probate and related services and a willingness to support other practice areas of the Firm. You will have direct contact with clients and will conduct initial consultations, develop strategies to meet client objectives, draft estate planning and probate documents, represent clients at meetings and court hearings, manage case progression, and delegate to and supervise work of two paralegals. To qualify, you must be a self-starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Other key requirements include strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, courts and financial institutions; attention to detail; excellent writing skills; ability to multitask and manage deadlines; committed to developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients; able to adapt to daily change; and to assist with development of new business.
