Qualifications: A Bachelorâ€™s degree is required from an accredited college or university. 2+ years of experience in a law firm or similarly sized multi-office professional services organization. Previous relationship management experience is required. Strong project management, organizational, writing and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; able to prioritize multiple assignments and competing demands. Demonstrates a high level of service delivery to internal and external clients. Having an awareness of peopleâ€™s difficulties and helping them overcome these. Being a strong communicator, leader and having interpersonal skills. Having an awareness of global and cultural issues. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicates well with attorneys, staff, and all contacts outside the Firm. Takes initiative and follows through on projects. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
