Regulated Products Compliance Associate The candidate will help get beer, wine, and other regulated product licenses in markets across the nation. Will play an integral part in the company’s national liquor license and compliance program, by working closely with legal counsel to understand compliance requirements for liquor and regulated products across the country, as well as working with the company’s licensing and field teams to ensure compliance with local requirements to facilitate regulated products operations. Will report to the Company’s Regulated Products Compliance Manager. Advises the employees across the country on compliance-related questions. Correspond with local counsel about licensing requirements and assists in submission of applications to local authorities. Work cross-functionally with teams across the Company to implement compliance initiatives. Use impeccable organizational skills and follow up to track the progress of license applications under tight deadlines.

Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university. Paralegal or similar research-based background required. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience with regulated products licensing or compliance. Experience working in an office setting required. Experience demonstrating excellent follow-up and follow-through required. Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently on numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously required. Must have the ability to change direction rapidly when priorities (or deadlines) shift. Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
