The candidate will advise and represent clients in call spread and capped call transactions, accelerated share repurchases, variable prepaid forwards, stake-building transactions, and other equity derivatives instruments; advise on derivatives regulations; advise on interest rate hedges, FX and currency hedges, commodity hedges and deal-contingent and post-acquisition hedges, and derivative products. Should have 2 years of experience with margin loans; total return swaps; interest rate hedges, FX and currency hedges; structuring of derivative products in connection with syndicated credit facilities and project financing. Must possess an ., or . degree. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Must be admitted to the NY State Bar.
