Litigation Attorney The candidate will be assisting the clients with resolving a broad range of business disputes. Providing the clients with an advantage analyzing claims and defenses, then determining a strategy. Will be gaining experience with information security and privacy and will use sound judgment to provide strategic legal counsel to business leaders throughout the organization and to be a resource for the clients and colleagues. Would have the opportunity to provide litigation services for local, regional, and national companies and would handle a variety of cases for other clients with unique litigation needs. Must be a licensed attorney with a J.D. from an accredited university and 3-6 years of legal experience. Must have admission to practice in Nevada. Strong candidates will have courtroom and deposition experience, and significant case handling capability in complex civil litigation, and preferably, will also have experience in business and commercial litigation. Should have case management experience. Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required. Must have extensive experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs that address sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification motions, writs, and appeals. Successfully argued motions; Taken and defended depositions with trial experience are required. Must have a commitment to client service and team success with solid writing skills; strategic and analytical thinking skills.
