This firm should considering upping the pay for their employees. It may not be in the budget, but good employees will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.

Pros : I had such a great experience working for Williams Parker. This firm really taught me how to do my job well and offered me promotions and better advancement within my first 6 months of working there. They really value their employees and I always felt appreciated in my work.
Cons : The only downside to this law firm was the pay amount. We would be paid more in raises, but other firms were paying more in the area. I only left this firm because a better opportunity was given elsewhere. I know it's hard paying employees more sometimes, but it would have been nice.
