Paralegal / Executive Assistant
Duties: Work in aerospace business. Manage executive’s calendar and proactively organize his/her time using expert judgment and discretion; Routing and responding to incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive; Taking meeting notes, preparing correspondence and meeting minutes; Conducting background research and presenting findings; Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the assigned executive is well-prepared for meetings; Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Preference to a paralegal certification and/or degree in paralegal studies; 3+ Years of Recent Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant Experience (Required); Experience working in a transaction-based environment drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents; Strong oral and written communication skills; Expert knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook; Expert knowledge of MS Word in particular, especially in tracking changes and styles; Strong computer skills and typing at 60+ wpm; Strong proofreading skills; Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis; Meticulous and efficient attention to detail, including spelling, formatting, and verification of numbers; Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism; Ability to maintain confidential information concerning personal, financial, or other company; Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required; Fluent in spoken and written English; Understanding of basic math concepts. Able to efficiently type on a standard keyboard and hold expert computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
