Contracts Manager The candidate will play a valuable role in the assessment of risk and insurance requirements in the various contractual documents signed by our group companies. Will assist in the review, modification and negotiation of contracts with our customers and vendors. Prepares, reviews and evaluates contracts for compliance. Review legal documents and suggest modifications designed to bring document language into compliance with company policy. Edits or amends various types of contracts. Acts as liaison between the company and customer contracting offices. Ensure proper execution, transmittal, maintenance and archival of all legal documents. Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the group companies. Must have degree in Law with 5+ years of previous experience supporting similar primary responsibilities. Should have experience with contract language and legal issues. Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is needed. Contract experiences in construction industry is a plus. Experience with insurance compliance and underwriting procedures is helpful.
