Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property patent associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate must have an undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in life sciences or biology. Should preferably have comfort working in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, microbiology, and/or immunology. A Ph.D. in a biotechnology-related field is strongly desired. Should preferably have experience working on patent prosecution and strategic management of patent portfolios. Experience with freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis, and landscape analysis is a plus. Registration to practice before the USPTO is a plus.Company info
