Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate, and 0-5 years paralegal or related work experience Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills verbally and through written electronic correspondence. Must have excellent communication / organizational skills as well as attention to detail. Problem solving, multi-tasking and strong time management skills. Leadership skills are a plus. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), litigation hold software, electronic discovery tool familiarity Level of Complexity and Scope: Entry Level to Intermediate, with some routine tasks. Degree of Independence and Decision-Making: Some independence within general direction of Supervising Attorney or more senior paralegal.
