ProfileExperienced Paralegal The candidate will be assisting and providing a range of legal and administrative support to lawyers and other legal professionals. will be acting as liaison among internal departments as well as with outside agencies. Will be cross-checking and validating information, legal forms and documents for accuracy. Drafting legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda, etc. Organizing, monitoring and tracking case files and information related to cases in internal database. Scheduling and preparing attorneys and clients for meetings, court hearings, mediations, interviews and depositions. Performing other duties as required. Must have a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved institution and/or an undergraduate degree, and 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment is preferred. Must have : Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with legal databases is required.
