Duties
- Represent clients in healthcare litigation, including cases related to Medicare fraud, patient care, and elder abuse.
- Handle a range of legal matters, including labor and employment disputes, professional liability, product liability, and toxic torts.
- Manage multi-district and class action defense cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary documentation for litigation.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
- Engage in trial preparation and participate in court proceedings.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and expert legal guidance.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in California.
- 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience, particularly in healthcare law.
- Proven trial experience and success in a litigation setting.
Education
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
