Paralegal/Law Clerk The candidate works primarily with Landlord/Tenant Law and Fair Housing Claims. Duties include to: drafting pleadings and/or correspondence, general office administration, filing documents,, research, answering phones/communicating with the court, clients, witnesses, and adversaries, as well as general office bookkeeping. Must be highly motivated, possess strong attention-to-detail, dependable, ability to multi-task, excellent writing skills, and be a team player. This firm is extremely fast paced, so the right candidate must be able to work efficiently under pressure. Ideal candidate will be a self starter with excellent time management skills and exceptional organization skills. Experience and knowledge of Washington and Idaho Court Rules preferred. Will prefer a four-year degree, Paralegal Certificate, Legal Administrative Assistant Degree, or actively pursuing one of the aforementioned credentials.
