Administrative Legal Assistant The candidate manage various administrative and support tasks, including,data entry, filing court documents, maintaining the firm calendar, answering the phone, handling payments and organizing files. Will communicate with consumers through challenging financial situations. Handle confidential matters which require discretion, sound judgment and ethical standards. Perform other tasks as determined by attorneys. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is a plus. Notary Public is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is needed. Should have 2+ years of administrative support and front desk reception experience. Demonstrated experience with operating a multi-line telephone is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is essential. Previous experience in a law firm is preferred. Previous collections work is a plus.
