Compliance Analyst, Assistant Vice-President The candidate will provide subject matter expertise and advance the Volcker and C3OP Programs. Will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the Volcker Rule. Provide important insight into issues of non-compliance. Support the Corporate NBPRA (New Business and Product Review and Approval) process in relation to Volcker Requirements. Support and/or drive key program changes in relation to regulatory and rule changes. Provide support and guidance to the Business Units as required in relation to the Volcker Rule as it relates to the specific State Street implementation. Support the office in routine tasks such as: Monthly and Quarterly Regulatory Reporting Requirements; Routine monitoring and testing activities; Support of the Volcker Funds Database (importing templates, etc..); Provide legal expertise/contract understanding in support of the ECMS Platform design. Lead or support projects as requested. Develop and manage a project plan with key milestones. Provide routine status reporting to management. Research, create, and compile materials needed for effective discussion and planning. Design, create and leverage tools and templates used throughout the function. Develop a program Collaborate site with focus on document organization, and retention.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in related/comparable role or function. Understanding or familiarity with Documentum or other contract management solutions a plus. Strong knowledge of in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SharePoint/Collaborate proficiency desired. Knowledge or experience with the Volcker Rule a plus. Knowledge or experience with financial services client contracts a plus (ie understanding of legal and financial terms). Legal documentation/contractual experience a plus (ie paralegal/lawyer). Knowledge or experience with the financial onboarding and offboarding lifecycle process (ie risk assessments, AML/KYC, Contracting processes, deal teams, approvals, etc). Demonstrated research, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with STT operations a plus. Familiarity with one or many STT contracting processes a plus. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and written skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
