"Too Much Office Politics"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

Pay more attention to how your workers work and less on how much you like them. It's not a fraternity.

Pros : I enjoyed the challenges of working here. There are a lot of lawyers here that have a lot of knowledge to share among the others.
Cons : This firm is much like any other place to work. There unfortunately are a lot of office politics and you will get better work depending on how you are liked more than how you work.
