Paralegal Duties: The candidate will assist with corporate compliance, contract management and review, and supporting various functions of the legal department. Manage the compliance program spanning across the global organization, including areas such as ethics, corporate governance, risk management, sustainability, anti-bribery and corruption, and antitrust. Oversee and assist with completion of corporate compliance requirements, including vendor and customer screenings, export control product classification, and enterprise risk assessments. Plan and coordinate compliance-related projects, including leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party involvement and consulting as appropriate. Maintain the company’s compliance policies and procedures, including performing document revisions and preparing documents for annual approval. Plan and coordinate compliance-related training for the global organization. Assist with data privacy compliance and data subject requests processes. Assist with management of the company’s whistleblower hotline investigations and reporting. Lead quarterly meetings of the organization’s global compliance team. Prepare compliance presentations and reports for leadership and the board of directors. Assist with facilitation, use and training of the company’s contract life management software. Perform legal review of basic legal contracts. Assist with preparing discovery responses and fulfilling document requests related to the company’s litigation and claims. Perform research on laws and regulations that apply to the business in coordination with the organization’s legal counsel. Serve as a member of the legal team to drive and support business objectives. Perform administrative tasks for different functions of the legal department.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: The candidate should have a Certification or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal studies (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred) and 2+ years of experience in a paralegal role. An equivalent combination of education and direct paralegal experience equal to 4 years will also be considered. Experience in preparing legal reports. Investigative mind and strong research skills. Working knowledge of legal database software. Excellent communication and time management skills.
