Paralegal II The candidate will provide administrative and litigation support to at least six Assistant Attorneys General. Must have Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Should have 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary performing legal research or preparing legal documents on behalf of an attorney. Four year degree or an associate degree in paralegal studies is preferred. 3+ years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant performing legal research and preparing legal documents on behalf of an attorney is desired. Experience preparing correspondence, drafting subpoenas for depositions, preparing deposition summaries, ediscovery, drafting Public Information Act responses is helpful. Knowledge of civil litigation procedures is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable word processing application and Google Applications is needed. Working knowledge of document management software such as Concordance is must. Deadline: 5/21/2018
