Requirements:

  • Admission to the Iowa State Bar or the ability to become admitted.
  • For those with 1 year of experience: Demonstrated experience in business or employment litigation, workers' compensation defense, or municipal law.
  • For shareholder-level candidates: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in the specified areas of law.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:
