Corporate & Transactional Paralegal The candidate will be drafting corporate-related documents such as articles, bylaws, minutes, consents, operating agreements and shareholder agreements. Will be filing corporate-related documents and assisting with SEC filings. Proofreading commercial contracts and other legal documents. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Providing exceptional customer service. Should have 5+ years of experience. Must have experience drafting corporate-related documents such as company formation, bylaws, board minutes, consents, and founder’s agreements. Must have experience drafting and filing various corporate-related documents and assisting with SEC filings. Experience assisting attorneys with drafting and proofreading commercial contracts is required. Experience working with technology companies a plus. Experience with cap tables a plus.
