Associate General Counsel The candidate will provide practical and expert legal guidance to the Oculus sales, retail, and ecommerce teams, while also providing support for other marketing and promotional initiatives. Will support general business objectives related to sales and marketing. Influence and build relationships with executives, product teams and peers across Oculus and firm. Collaborate with subject matter experts at Oculus and firm to analyze and communicate legal risks. JD degree with membership in one state Bar. Should have 8+ years of sales transaction and operations legal experience in-house and/or at law firms. Experience with retail, ecommerce, and other B2B sales, as well as sales channel operations/programs and consumer promotions are needed. Industry experience and legal knowledge in evaluating, addressing, and advising on sales issues – including antitrust and competition, pricing and promotions, and direct consumer sales are needed. Experience with consumer products, and emerging technology products and services are needed. Experience building influence with creative and enthusiastic sales and marketing teams and executives, and advising those teams directly is needed. Experience with consumer electronic products and connected devices are essential. International sales channel experience is needed. Prior in-house and law firm experience is needed.
