Bankruptcy/ Creditor Rights Litigation Associate Responsibilities: Take on all aspects of creditor rights and bankruptcy-related litigation, including court appearances and depositions, and to support senior attorneys with restructuring transactions both in and out of court. Work with a wide variety of firm clients in all aspects of creditor rights litigation, judgment enforcement and commercial bankruptcy law, including secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, other parties in creditor rights and bankruptcy-related litigation, and companies and other stakeholders in out-of-court restructurings.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate will have 2-4 years of large or mid-sized law firm experience with creditor rights litigation, financial litigation and/or bankruptcy litigation, a track record of performing above their class year experience, a strong academic background, and excellent communication and writing skills. Should have a solid litigation skill set, including excellent research and writing skills.
