Law Office Manager/Paralegal The candidate will manage the software and technology utilized by team and suggest efficiencies. Will manage files, documents, contacts, and other records. Support billing by working with our bookkeeper to help track and categorize expenses. Provide scheduling and administrative support as needed by attorneys. Help coordinate with vendors, including designers, insurance companies, etc. Prepare filings/service/court submissions. Conduct research and edit draft documents from time to time. Excellent writing and editing skills is preferred. Strong professional communications skills (phone, email, and in person) is preferred. Understanding of technology that runs practice and creativity to suggest more efficient tech approaches and deployment is preferred. Experience supporting professionals in an administrative assistant, paralegal, or other capacity is a plus, as is a love of spreadsheets.
