Real Estate Transactions Paralegal The candidate must be an experienced real estate transactions paralegal to work and 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on lending, including real estate and construction loan documentation, administration, and related real estate lending, due diligence review in connection with acquisitions, financing, and leasing primarily with respect to CC&Rs, easements, restrictive covenants and other title issues, and assisting in closing transactions. Corporate or other transactional experience is a plus. Exemplary organizational, document/word processing, written and oral communication skills are required. Paralegal certificate and bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pros : The firm offers competitive pay and benefits. They are flexible with time off and try not to make their partners overwork themselves. There is plenty of work to go around so there will always be as much or a little work as you want.
Cons : There is a slight communication problem in the firm and some of the equipment is outdated. They need to update the way that they are communicating with everyone and sometimes important things will get lost along the way.
