Order and summarize medical records; prepare comprehensive medical analyses. Ability to scrutinize a high volume of medical records daily. Confer with court personnel. Prepare legal correspondence with limited guidance. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience including knowledge of format, procedures and specialized terminology. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions. Ability to compose complex legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to type of 50+ wpm utilizing current word processing software; ability to use photocopy, fax and other equipment to complete documents; ability to establish and maintain cordial and courteous working relationships with co-workers, other firm employees and outside contacts in a fast-paced demanding environment.
