Should possess excellent academic credentials and his/her experience should include significant litigation experience. Must have 5 years of litigation experience in any field, who is interested in applying those skills representing business clients. Experience in jury and court trials, depositions, discovery, and motion practice is essential. Must be licensed in Wisconsin. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent writing and oral communication skills, strong social skills. Must also be comfortable working as a team member utilizing paralegal and other staff to assist in exceeding client expectations.
